In consideration of Getco-Offshore Limited providing services to the Company we undertake to Getco-Offshore Limited as follows:
We are in the business of providing corporate service provider services and we are lawfully entitled to carry on such business;
We are subject to internationally recognised standards of anti-money laundering practice and regulations or rules of a professional governing body which require us to carry out due diligence on applicants for business.
We have carried out the necessary and adequate checks in order to identify the ultimate beneficial owner(s) and controller(s) of the Company and their occupation, and we confirm that, to the best of our knowledge and belief, that no beneficial owner is a nominee, trustee or acts in a fiduciary capacity for any other person;
We have verified the name and usual residential address of each of the beneficial owners and controllers of the company to the standard required by internationally recognised standards of anti-money laundering practice and regulations and retained certified copies of the documentary evidence produced as such verification;
We have verified the activities of the introduced entity and entities sufficient to comply with internationally recognised standing of anti-money laundering practice.
We have will retain such certified copies for at least five years after the account is closed or the business relationship has ended and produce them to you on request without delay;
To the best of our knowledge and belief, no beneficial owner is engaged in any criminal conduct (including money laundering) and we will not knowingly permit any company owned or controlled by a beneficial owner to be used for any criminal purpose; and
If we discover any information which causes our foregoing statements to change in any way then, subject to any legal constraints, we will notify Getco-Offshore Limited immediately.
